Dr. John Meakin, Group Head of Information
Security,
Standard Chartered Bank, UK
John Meakin is a specialist in information security with eighteen years
experience. He has previously led IT security in Reuters, Royal Bank of
Scotland, Swiss Bank Corporation and Dresdner Bank. He has also
worked as a security consultant. In mid 2002 he joined Standard
Chartered Bank as Group Head of Information Security. He has a PhD
in Experimental Solid State Physics from Cambridge University.

Compliance, Group Financial Crime,
Lloyds TSB, UK
Graham Hooper is the Head of Group AML Compliance at Lloyds TSB plc. His remit includes the Group's Financial Crime Policy, Compliance and Monitoring strategy and issues related to Economic Sanctions and Counter Terrorist Financing. Prior to this he was the Head of Group AML at Barclays Bank plc where he managed a similar portfolio. He is the current Chair of the BBA Money Laundering Advisory Panel and the UK Retail Banks' representa
